Set in Bordeaux, 1.7 km from Stone Bridge, Hilton Garden Inn Bordeaux Centre offers air-conditioned accommodation and a bar. The room was great. I am visually impaired and it was perfect. There was lots of room and nothing in the way that I could trip over. Breakfast was really great. I went to meet some people who don't speak French. I was amazed at how the staff went from French to English so easily. They were also all really nice and very helpful. For me, the best part of this hotel was the staff. Excellent job!

This 4-star Novotel is located 50 metres from Tram C station, a 3 tram-stop ride from the heart of Bordeaux and the Place de la Bourse and only 400 metres from Bordeaux Train Station. The best receptionist we ever met name Maria, who helped many things like explaining all the details regarding the hotel. She also helped smooth check in and check out. Located 300 metres from Saint Jean Train Station and a 10-minute tram ride from the city centre, ibis Bordeaux Saint-Jean offers a bar and free WiFi in the hotel rooms. The location was fantastic for a work trip, right next to the train station and less than 5 min walk from the tram. Check in and out were fast and uncomplicated. Rooms were as described online, comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was a blessing during a very hot week. Breakfast was excellent. Most importantly, the staff were great - very friendly and helpful.
