Some confusion over the restaurant - was it open, wasn't it - but we had some food and enjoyed it. Wine prices a little steep though, especially as in the heart of Bordeaux wine country.

This Novotel sits on the shore of Bordeaux Lake and has an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. We have stayed more than once. It is my go to when going to that area because of how well I have enjoyed every time I'm there.

Campanile Bordeaux Nord - Le Lac is located a 15-minute drive from the city centre, 350 metres from Line C Parc des Expositions tram stop, and 800 metres from New Bordeaux Stadium. The staff was very helpfull and professional, always smiling. The room was clean, also breakfast was quite divers and good.
