The location of the Inn is amazing. It’s literally walking distance from Pyramids and the Sphinx. All the staff( I have dealt mostly with abdoul) were very helpful and nice trying their best to help you with everything. They made arrangements for all our trips around, including a nice private tour guide( ramy) and the transportation around with a private amazing driver ( islam). The room was clean and spacious. It has the best view and probably the closest view to the pyramids and the gates of the entrance of the pyramids are probably 50m away . Outside the gates of property is little dusty but that normal because you walking to the pyramids. Mohammed replies quick and is super helpful. Theres another Mohammed who works for him and I asked him about restaurants close by and he walked me directly to the restaurant. Honestly service was better than the 5 star hotels I stayed at . If I come back I’ll definitely stay here

He collected us both from the airport and welcomed us very politely to Cairo. The hotel and all the staff treat you with the utmost hospitality. Great breakfast too!! All the staff are always smiling and ready to help with any questions and information that you might need Great value for money!
