Overlooking the Nile River, the newly refurbished The President Hotel Cairo is located in Zamalek district. The Hotel is nice, clean and smells good. All staff are accommodating and friendly.

Located in Cairo’s Zamalek Island district , the Cairo Marriott Hotel & Omar Khayyam Casino offers luxurious rooms with a balcony overlooking the river Nile or the gardens. It was my 4th time in this beautiful hotel. I love the location in Zamalek, the garden, the wonderful staff... There is no better place in Cairo. Highly recommended!

Sofitel El Gezirah is a 5-star luxury hotel with a private promenade along the Nile. 나일강뷰가 눈부시게 좋았어요. 도착하니 업그레이드 해줘서 더 좋은방에 묵었는데 야경이 눈부시게 좋아서 다른 모든점이 잊혀졌어요. 물도 넉넉히게 주고 어메니티도 넘치게 주어 편안했습니다.

This hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV, a fitness centre and a well-equipped spa. It features a restaurant with panoramic Nile views and city views. The Om Kolthoom Hotel was perfect for my needs. It was quiet, clean, close to attractions, and upstairs from a 24-hour cafe and restaurant. The staff was also very respectful and friendly without being pushy. And because it was a holiday weekend in Cairo, I lucked out and had the pool to myself - so it felt very VIP. And as far as design and views go, it looks better in person than in pictures because this is an older hotel with old-fashioned, but tasteful furniture that don't show up that well in photos -- and their is a view of the Nile, but a parking lot in front. Once you're there, you can kind of ignore this. It's super pleasant and great for people who need a child getaway. And this location is great for foreigners, including western women traveling alone. You'll feel safe and respected here.

The location is awesome, you can get food, laundry, coffee anything you need soon as you come out on the street. Staff and management were great in fixing any issues. Overall great spot to stay at. Close to the major highways, Egyptian museum, New civilization museum. The metro(subway) station is a 2 minutes walk, it's the cheapest and most convenient way of getting to your destination.
