This elegant resort features 6 restaurants and bars, a luxury spa, a private beach and an outdoor pool. It is 22 km from Hurghada Airport and offers a shuttle service. Everything was really nice. Starting from the room which was beautiful, filled everyday with drinks in the minibar, and of course, cleaned and ordered every day (even in late afternoon). Then, the hotel hotel was well maintained and beautiful. A lot of choices always for breakfast, lunch and dinner. What was special is also the "Snacks menu" that you could choose from everyday starting from 12:00 - 17:00 (in addition to lunch). The hotel has many bars (in the two buildings), in the swimming pool, in the outside area (yard) and at the beach. The whole staff shows a lot of effort in making the guest stay very special. The evenings with live music were appreciated too, lots of atmosphere but not too much to be disturbing. It is really cool and enjoyable. Size of the hotel is big but not HUGE as many "all-inclusive" hotels. This is one of the reasons also why we choose Kaisol as it provides more personalized service to its guests. Some friends we made from the staff are: Fayeez and Mohamed (beach bar), and Hasaan (the young guy in the cleaning service). Very nice people overall! Finally, the beach is beautiful, clean and it has crystal blue water.

(tall) at check in was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I also liked having all the pools because it helped spread out guests. The entertainment staff was great! The buffet food was good.
