All staffs (both at the reception and restaurant) are very nice and helpful. Also, they are fluent in English, so it is very effective to communicate with them. The best thing is their eagerness to give me the kind hospitality. When I asked them a favor for important issue about the room condition as my health problem, they responsed my message promtly and tried their best to accommodate me in the very suitable room which makes me and my family feel impressed so much. The breakfast is good and delicious. The room is spacious and well-functioned. I LOVE everything about this hotel.

Far exceeded my expectations based on the price I paid for a room. My bedroom was very spacious with plenty of natural light. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean and the properties location was perfect because of its location close to the subway. I would have no hesitation recommending Franconia City Hotel to couples or those travelling on business.
