The property looks very new and clean. the rooms are user friendly with big closets in the bedroom and bathroom. the staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I got lost the first day I got to there. they were very patiently communicating with me and trying to figure out my location. They understood how desperate I was and made a exceptional arrangement. They picked me up and brought me to the hotel. I need to mention that the manager Sameh, the staff Lenka, and Kelly were the people who had helped me. they asked me if everything is ok every time I saw them. I felt that I was at home. so the next week I came back and stayed a couple of more nights here. I am very grateful for their help and services.

We requested an early check in since our flight landed very early morning , and were delighted that the hotel managed to give us the room early since they had availability.this made a huge difference to our experience in Munich.
