The laundry in the basement is reserved through Wewash, some residents we met in the laundry room felt difficult to use, but we found it easy to use after spending a few minutes to figure out how the app works which one can find the tutorial through the link in the app.

The room was immaculate and luxurious. They had many extra touches and amenities, like fresh coffee or tea in the lobby, pastries. The whole experience was a delight!

The room was extremely comfortable. Lovely beds, pillows and duvets. Towels were good quality and the room was very clean. We ended up here after our flight was cancelled due to the extreme snow. Fatimah on reception was exceptional. She was so welcoming and helpful, a real asset to the hotel. Breakfast and room service dinner were very good and the service for both were also excellent. the hotel is located directly next to central train station, tram stop and bus stop and walkable to City centre. I would recommend.

This hotel enjoys a quiet location and excellent transport connections, just 1 underground stop from Munich Main Station. Munich's Old Town district is 1.5 km from Hotel Erzgiesserei. I got a large room. I also enjoyed the location. It was quiet, so I could sleep with open windows. It was also convenient to reach any transportation or sightseeing.
