All staff members are curious, friendly and very professional. The location of this hotel is truly FANTASTIC! It an easy walk to all key museums and art galleries as well as the English garden, old town and all key places of interest. The hotel has a great modern, urban design that relates to the historic origins of the building. There is convenient parking in the basement of the hotel. The hotel is dog friendly :) The breakfast is buffet-style continental with reasonable amount of choices.
