Situated in the heart of Freiburg, the family-run Central Hotel offers comfortable rooms with free breakfast, and a cosy bar. The Münster (cathedral) and university are a 3-minute walk away. Excelent location and a very special “fruschtuk”!

Tento 3hvězdičkový hotel, který je situován v historické budově, nabízí okouzlující ubytování v centru Freiburgu v blízkosti všech hlavních památek včetně freiburské katedrály. The room was so clean and cozy and Housemanager was so kind. If i visit Freiburg next time, i will also stay this hotel again.

The view from the window is the cathedral. The hotel is located in the Market square. Every morning vendors come and set up local fare, breakfast and lunch stations, gifts etc. We were here in June snd it wasn’t too crowded to be very very pleasant. The vendors leave in the afternoon and the market square has 7-8 restaurants, ice cream, wine bars. We didn’t explore, just enjoyed 2 full days in this location.

Rodinný Gasthaus Löwen se nachází v historickém centru Freiburgu im Breisgau, 100 metrů od katedrály Freiburg Minster. Location is key. They are just right inside the old city and you can reach the most beautiful arquitecture just walking. The reception/Bar staff was Amazing and so kind. They made my staying there so much better. The girl who checked me in just did it at 9 pm because my train arrived late and they didn’t hesitate to show me my room and also explain to me about breakfast time and the facilities like the showers, etc. They knew that I would stay for the 1st of May and my train back to Paris would leave on May 2nd at 6 am and they just let my breakfast at the door to go( sandwich and coffee) since I wouldn’t be able to get breakfast at the hotel hours for my very early checkout. So Five stars to this amazing Staff.
