The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious, excellent location super close to the U78 subway station. This cosy hotel enjoys a central location in Düsseldorf, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Königsallee shopping district and a 15-minute tram ride from the exhibition grounds and airport. Really nice hotel at a great location close to center. We personally walked to the center every time, but if you want you can take a taxi or public transport. The management of the hotel is really good. They give you all the necessary information before you get there and they are ready to help at anytime. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. This was much appreciated. The breakfast offers many choices and it's totally wonderful. Great start for your day. The whole property, from the lobby to the room, is very very clean. The beds are comfortable. Overall, I would definitely send a friend at this hotel.

The Staff and Hotel in General were excellent always friendly and polite, all crew had a smile and hello, regardless of the time of day or night, the food was limited in choices but still very good.
