This 5-star-superior hotel offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi, a 400m² day spa and Caroussel Novelle restaurant. It was absolutely perfect, the hotel interior is stunning, the staff were kind and gnerous. They greeted us with warm drinks, valeted the car, and made sure we were well taken care of the entrire. It was a truly VIP first class experience. Breakfast and dinner were Michelin worthy.

Booked a suite which was well worth the extra. Breakfast very generous . Just lovely room . Very spacious and delightful view of river and parts of old town. Cafes and bars within 5 mins walk of hotel if travelling by train get off at stop before main station much quicker with cab staff very friendly and helpful especially as we did not speak German.
