The location is very close to the city center and 5-6 minutes to the nearest bus station. Our host was very helpful and kind, and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Maria Zintili Apartments is centrally located in Agia Napa, within 10 minutes walk from the beach and just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is huge and spotless, it has a/c, big bathroom with clean towels, hot shower all the time, hair dryer, tv, electrical kitchen, all the utensiles for cooking, big fridge, tea towels, balcony with chairs and a table and also a line to dry your clothes, toaster, kettle, coffee and tea, big wardrobe and plenty of space in the room. Wifi works perfectly all the time. Car can be parked outisde during the day and a night time it is a free car park just around the corner. We were greeting with a glass of juice and check in was easy and quick. We also got water and cold beers in the fridge and some sweets 😇 The best are the owners, Maria is a lovely lady, she is helpful, friendly and make great desserts ( we got jelly and caramel dessert) She is always ready to help, always around and she will tell you about the best beaches to visit. Location is great just 2 mins walking to Nissi Street, plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets, everything is around the corner. Harbour is 10 mins walking and Nissi beach is 6 mins driving. Also you can get the bus to the beaches from Nissi Street. We love the place, we love everybody in there. We will be back without a doubt. Thank you for your kidness Johana and Ken

Cu o situare excelentă în zona centrală a orașului Ayia Napa, Napa Gem oferă vedere la oraș și o terasă. Se află la 16 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Pantachou și oferă WiFi gratuit și un bancomat. Napa Gem was the perfect choice! Very clean and comfortable! The apartment was big and had everything we needed (WiFi, tv, Netflix, kettle, microwave, fridge toaster, hobs, washing machine etc.). All the amenities were brand new. Great location and great value for money. The pictures are a true likeness. The bedroom was large and cozy, as well as the living room, kitchen and bathroom. I am so impressed with everything about this place and is definitely one of the best places I’ve rented. We had a lovely side view of the water. Lastly, the host was also extremely friendly, with great communication. 10/10 for Napa Gem. Highly recommended.
