Villa Victoria is one of the best places that we have ever stayed. It is equipped with the modern technology. You can find anything you need. From a dishwasher to a toaster. Every room was spotless when we arrived there. The host left clean sheets and towels for us. One of the best things is that every bedroom has its air conditioner and also a balcony with a beautiful view. We liked the pool very much with its small waterfall and colorful lights. We spent the whole time in the pool. The beach chairs were very comfortable. We also liked the table and chairs in the garden. It’s a good place to have dinner at night. The host of the villa,Soni, is a very kind and attentive person. Soni was always online and answered our messages tirelessly at any time of the day. So, we recommend this place to all who want to spend their holiday in a cozy, quiet, and comfortable villa near the beach and have the best host.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Sotira Agia Napa Luxury House is situated in Ayia Napa. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Very comfortable and full of personality, a place to remember and come back to! The location is perfect if you want a quiet time away from the crowds. We didn’t have a car, so we were a bit worried at the beginning about having to take taxis to go shopping, but we discovered there is an excellent delivery app both for restaurants and grocery stores. Also, there is a bus station on the main street, a couple of minutes from the property. Worth mentioning the WIFI: when we booked it was not listed on Booking, but it fact there is Wifi in the house it works very well.

Quiet neighbourhood so you can enjoy pleasant warm Autumn evenings with a glass of wine. Washing machine and dishwasher is very convenient.. Close to the sea and bus stop nearby. The owner is very helpful and one of the neighbours is a taxi driver so it is easy to get to the airport

There is a nice beach in 1 min walking distance but you need aqua shoes and it’s very shallow. The Villa is great overall and has most of the needed facilities.

Situated in Ayia Napa and only 700 metres from Liopetri Beach, Ayia Napa Marina Vibes features accommodation with pool views, free WiFi and free private parking. This property was immaculate when we arrived and was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Someone came out to the property to check in with us on the 2nd day which was great. This property suited our needs completely as a family and really didn't disappoint. Fantastic outside space for dining and sunbathing, pool looked after very well. There were issues with the showers which were not really usable when we arrived but we reported them and they came out immediately and sorted them so we really can't fault that service.
