The service was always attentive and helpful, even with my language barrier. The room was huge and comfortable. Everything was as expected.

Stylish décor and a charming shaded white-tiled courtyard with hanging plants can be enjoyed just 3 blocks from Los Laureles Mall. Medellin city tours are available through the tour desk. We were welcomed warmly by reception. The young Colombian man who was learning English ( I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) was very helpful and went above and beyond with service and was always smiling and cheerful. A pleasant surprise was our room was available early and we were offered coffee when we arrived. The hotel has a fabulous buffet breakfast with the friendliest staff and the outdoor patio setting was like being in Europe. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and a sitting area. The shower had plenty of hot water. We liked that the room had a safety box. The area was safe a night , we walked to local food places. You need to Uber to get to the main sightseeing.
