From when we arrived until we left. Daniela allowed us an Early check in with no additional cost. Melanie was extra helpful with making reservations for my birthday dinner. She recommended one of the best restaurants and made personal reservations. Honestly this has been one of the best stays in Cartagena. The staff is very helpful, polite and eager to help/please. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. All my instagram pictures have been amazing thanks to their modern chic decor! All of my followers have been asking me which hotel it is I am staying. The breakfast that was included totally exceeded my expectations, had a big variety of options, all things were very delicious. The location is ideal, close to top shopping areas, restaurants and very safe to walk around. Made it super easy and comfortable to visit the city, and be able to quickly get back to refresh or rest in my room when needed. Overall great value for money!
