From start to finish the stay was immaculate, the service was great upon arrival, they really took the time to make myself, husband and baby welcome. The staff was attentive to all our needs, the ambience and atmosphere was family friendly but also had a sense of maturity and elegance which allowed for us to have adult time too.

The rooms are lovely, the staff is super super nice, the bed is great (had super night of sleep) and breakfast is amazing. There is not a lot of noise from the streets (I was expecting more but is quiet). I super loved the smell of the toilet utilities (soap, champoo, etc), I wish that there were available in my home country.

This is a quiet, charming boutique hotel located at the edge of the Getsemi area, perfect walking distance into the old town and Getsemi but without the party noise and heavy foot traffic of the main tourist area. A lovely traditional breakfast served each morning, staff were very attentive and friendly, the hotel itself is immaculately clean and the pool/terrace area are the perfect place to relax in the late afternoon reading a book and taking a refreshing dip to cool off before heading into the old town for dinner. The room and bed were very comfortable and spacious, we really loved our stay and will be recommending it to friends and family going to Cartagena.

Beautiful room and the bed was really comfortable. I loved the terrace where we had breakfast. The staff were lovely. Wifi was strong enough for work and the location was great - easy to walk to some of the notable parts of the old town.
