Professional and friendly staff. Good food. Fab pool area, which means you can escape the heat of the city in the middle of the day to rest and refresh.

Casa Jaguar Hotel Boutique has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a restaurant and bar in Cartagena de Indias. By far the best service we got in Colombia. Thanks to Gabriela for the warm welcome and for all the recommendations in Cartagena. The whole staff (Kathy and Fanny) was very nice, welcoming and always available. There is a 24h service. The hotel is well located in the Getsemani area, close to everything and still quiet enough to enjoy some relaxing time. The pool is very much welcome given the hot temperatures. The room is very clean with great local products. The breakfast is the best breakfast we've had (pancakes de Avena are just a killer!). We definitely recommend Casa Jaguar.

This is a quiet, charming boutique hotel located at the edge of the Getsemi area, perfect walking distance into the old town and Getsemi but without the party noise and heavy foot traffic of the main tourist area. A lovely traditional breakfast served each morning, staff were very attentive and friendly, the hotel itself is immaculately clean and the pool/terrace area are the perfect place to relax in the late afternoon reading a book and taking a refreshing dip to cool off before heading into the old town for dinner. The room and bed were very comfortable and spacious, we really loved our stay and will be recommending it to friends and family going to Cartagena.

First of all, we loved the location and structure. It is so calm an beautiful. At the same time very very clean. The people who work here were amazing! So nice and they treated us like family, so we came back 3 times on our vacation in Colombia. We can really highly recommend it :)

All facilities are modern, nice and clean, the whole pool area is just great to hang out. Breakfast fast delicious, too. And above all, the staff is more than friendly and approachable, and legitimately eager to make you feel home.

My friend and I stayed in this lovely hotel whilst staying in Cartagena. Loved the location in the heart of the town and had a modern and chic vibe. Our room was light, airy and spacious. Great air con system. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Late checkout 1pm! Very comfy beds.
