The lady owner of the inn was so so so hospitable, a truly kind, gentle and beautiful soul! I arrived at the place with a worry gnawing at the back of my mind that I may not make it in time to the Hangzhou International Airport for my morning 11 am flight, but she just swept me off of my feet onto her electric scooter straight to the bus station, helped me to buy the earliest ticket of express bus from Wuzhen to the airport, and then offered to take me there again in the morning the next day! And let me tell you, the next morning it was raining, the temperature was around 18 degrees Celsius so I would be DEAD if I went on foot carrying all of my luggage from the inn to the bus station. All in all, if the lady owner can see these comments, I would like to 祝你一生幸福美满 💖 💖 💖 你传播的善意让世界一天比一天更可爱。你就像一个善良、温暖的奶奶，每个人都希望有这样的奶奶，因为你对待客人的方式就像对待自己的孙子一样 🥰🥰🥰🥰 如此真挚而美好。
