My stay overdelivered. The facilities are great, the breakfast as well. My room was on the 24th floor and the view was amazing. But most importantly after checking out I managed to lose my bag with the passport, but Richard and Paul from concierge managed to get it back and allow me to board my flight. Richard and Paul, thank you, you are the best.

Siyam na minutong lakad ang layo ng Central Hotel Shanghai mula sa People's Square Metro Station, tatlong minutong lakad naman mula sa Nanjing Road, at 10 minutong biyahe mula sa sikat na Bund. Breakfast is not good as compare to Holiday Inn. The foods is too greasy. They don’t serve tea bags so has to drink the black tea. Not much choice on the fruits.

Matatagpuan ang Grand Central Hotel Shanghai sa tabi ng The Bund at East Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Andy and his concierge staff were outstanding. Really helped us find good local locations and helped us with a taxi service to the airport. Really can't say enough about him.
