Crowne Plaza Shanghai Nanjing Road, an IHG Hotel se află în centrul orașului Shanghai, la 3 minute de mers pe jos de Strada pietonală East Nanjing, și include un bar. My stay overdelivered. The facilities are great, the breakfast as well. My room was on the 24th floor and the view was amazing. But most importantly after checking out I managed to lose my bag with the passport, but Richard and Paul from concierge managed to get it back and allow me to board my flight. Richard and Paul, thank you, you are the best.

Nicely located hotel. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Good food. Helpful staff. Would surely use again for my next trip to China.

Grand Central Hotel Shanghai is located next to The Bund and East Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Its modern comforts include a large indoor pool and rooms with free internet access. What a hotel experience should be at a reasonable price! Staff are friendly and attentive. Concierge was very helpful. The swimming pool and sauna health spa are a delight. The rooms are grand and beautiful. The lobby is inviting and welcoming to sit, dine, relax, read, etc.! We'll be back!

Rooms were spacious and beautiful, location is very good. Tge concierge (Ray) was above and beyond and helped us with just about every aspect of the trip.
