Featuring a fitness centre, a restaurant as well as a bar, Crowne Plaza Shanghai Nanjing Road, an IHG Hotel is located in the centre of Shanghai, 300 metres from Pedestrian Street of East Nanjing Rd..... My stay overdelivered. The facilities are great, the breakfast as well. My room was on the 24th floor and the view was amazing. But most importantly after checking out I managed to lose my bag with the passport, but Richard and Paul from concierge managed to get it back and allow me to board my flight. Richard and Paul, thank you, you are the best.

Rising up along the bustling East Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, the gorgeous 66-storey Conrad Shanghai is one of Shanghai’s landmarks in the city centre. the staff were very friendly and it was very clean .

Breakfast is not good as compare to Holiday Inn. The foods is too greasy. They don’t serve tea bags so has to drink the black tea. Not much choice on the fruits.

The location is perfect for tourism. 5 min walking or less to subway station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Famous street Nanjing Road is 5min walking too. China bank for changing money is 7 min walking at a better rate than the airport but maybe you don't need cash at all. Hotel staff very kind and welcoming. Breakfast delicious.

Viesnīca Grand Central Hotel Shanghai atrodas blakus krastmalai un gājēju ielai East Nanjing Road. Andy and his concierge staff were outstanding. Really helped us find good local locations and helped us with a taxi service to the airport. Really can't say enough about him.

Rooms were spacious and beautiful, location is very good. Tge concierge (Ray) was above and beyond and helped us with just about every aspect of the trip.
