My stay overdelivered. The facilities are great, the breakfast as well. My room was on the 24th floor and the view was amazing. But most importantly after checking out I managed to lose my bag with the passport, but Richard and Paul from concierge managed to get it back and allow me to board my flight. Richard and Paul, thank you, you are the best.

Holiday Inn Shanghai Nanjing Roadは南京路の歩行者専用道路沿いの便利なロケーションにあり、世紀広場を見渡せ、人民広場と外灘（国際建築博覧会）に隣接しています。大きな商業ビルで、有名な特産品店やどんどん流入する観光客でごった返しています。 Holiday Inn Shanghai Nanjing... Staff was exceptional, especially Smile (笑笑) who provided excellent help throughout our stay.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the bun and surrounded by lots of restaurants and shopping malls. The rooms are big and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast was good and lots of options.

Staff are friendly and attentive. Concierge was very helpful. The swimming pool and sauna health spa are a delight. The rooms are grand and beautiful.
