Big spacious room with a huge shower and separate bathtub. Very comfortable bed. Overall no complaints, great hotel. Would stay here again.

The location is perfect for tourism. 5 min walking or less to subway station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Famous street Nanjing Road is 5min walking too. China bank for changing money is 7 min walking at a better rate than the airport but maybe you don't need cash at all. Hotel staff very kind and welcoming. Breakfast delicious.

Rooms were spacious and beautiful, location is very good. Tge concierge (Ray) was above and beyond and helped us with just about every aspect of the trip.
