Breakfast was good and fresh, and the staff were generally friendly and trying to be helpful in spite of the language barrier. Decent price, and the location made it easy to get to many key places by walking or subway (about 250m away)

Really nice and comfortable hotel near the lakes. The rooms are beautiful, clean and with all you need. Especially the breakfast is really good and the the service in the hotel is really good.

The staff was truly kind and accommodating with all of my questions and needs (laundry, baggage storage, assistance with attractions and bookings). The location is 400 m from the metro so it’s easy to navigate all around the top Beijing attractions. The hotel is on a lively Hutong Alley with many shops and restaurants open late yet the hotel itself is quiet. The amenities were modern, clean and comfortable, five star feel.

Shower room and bathroom were not modern but were very adequate and the provision of sliders for the shower and slippers for the room were very appreciated. It would be good if they could provide some tea / coffee for the room - provided a kettle and mugs but no tea/coffee. It wasn't a big deal though.
