Modern upgrades to home. very comfortable bed, bedding, towels, well stocked. The service was exceptional. the staff made sure we were well taken care of. Nice breakfast spread was included. We had a room with a great view of the port.

Excellent service from our arrival until our departure. We were met at the entrance of the hotel, and helped with our luggage, shown to our room which was delightful, and with a spectacular view. Set on Valparaiso’s Alegre Hill, a Unesco World Heritage Site, Casa Galos Hotel & Lofts has apartments with chic décor and views of Valparaiso’s picturesque hills. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and most courteous. Our two night stay was great. Comfortable and spacious room with lots of natural light. The breakfast was exceptional with very fresh produce and healthy options. Communication with all staff members was a breeze, they all understood and spoke English most fluently. Thank you is an understatement ☺️ will surely recommend a stay at Casa Galos. They also helped us with the luggage upon arrival and departure.

So beautiful ! Very charming house ! Loved the gardens. Our room had the most amazing views of the harbour. Rosa Matt and Javier helped us so much ! Super staff. Breakfast ladies were lovely too

The location was perfect for Valpo. It was in one of the nicest parts, within a short walk of restaurants, shops, the seafront and, what a view. The staff were superb. Having secure parking was a real bonus for us. The building was beautifully restored and the out door spaces were really well designed. It had so much charm.
