Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Very helpful and attentive, English speaking staff. Good location, close to the historic center, but on a quiet street. Definitely will recommend this comfortable and safe hotel to my friends.

Well located in the center of Santiago, Hotel Casa Aure provides buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. The staff who greeted me were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a free 24 hr juice and coffee/tea bar. Wifi and a good smart tv connection in the room. Modern bathroom with nice showers. Note: I arrived on Halloween and the staff were all in costumes. They asked if I wanted a costume so we could take a photo together. Fabulous bakery/coffee around the corner.

In a prime location in the center of Santiago, Hotel Boutique Casa Conde is within 1.4 miles of Museum of Pre-Columbian Art and 1.6 miles of Movistar Arena. The small staff is always so helpful and story nice (as are the owners), rooms are super quiet and super clean. The location is very close to the airport bus and other public transport. Overall the vibe there was also great. Not like a hotel more like a very big house. Never felt crowded at any point. I came back five times for all my stops in Santiago.

Your morning will start with a delicious two-course breakfast of breads then eggs cooked to your preference. The rooms were spacious, with a large workstation (I bring my laptop while traveling to process photos). The beds were comfortable; they even had turn-down service! Bathroom was clean, shower had amazing water pressure. Location is right next to a vibrant restaurant scene and walking distance to the magnificent Pre-Columbian museum. Make sure to check out the ice cream shop across the street! Finally, I loved the courteous and helpful staff. The service is impeccable and deserve 10 out of 5 stars. After check-out, they even allowed us to use the spa to freshen up before our late flights. The rooftop bar was marvelous, offering a variety of drinks including one with calafate liqueur, which basically guarantees that we'll be back!

Excellent stay. Large room, very comfortable bed with lots of pillows, good cooling, great bathroom, refrigerator. Stay were very helpful. Good location. Very walkable to a number of places of interest.
