Room was impeccable clean, bed and pillows really comfortable, housekeepers always smiling and willing to help you. Also, the restaurant downstairs have tasty food. Buses to airport always in time 24h and drivers were friendly. I had a very nice stay, Thank you

This hotel is located in Etobicoke, just a minute's drive from the Gardiner Expressway and the QEW. Downtown Toronto is 15 km away. The room inside was a pleasant surprise; it looked higher than it cost. The staff is pleasant and attentive. Thank you!

Crowne Plaza Hotel is 2 km from Pearson International Airport and 25 minutes' drive from Toronto. I don’t know why the hotel has the low rating, but I think it’s great value-for-money option!
