All of the staff went above and beyond to help with an early check in and make the stay a pleasure to be there. Manager was exceptional and very humble. Located in the Fallsview district, this Niagara Falls property provides free WiFi. A year-round heated indoor pool is also available. Fallsview Casino is 7 minutes’ walk away. The hotel was very clean and in close distance to attractions. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Chriscia at the front desk was lovely and very accommodating. My husband and I decided to extend our trip and had to change rooms. Chriscia offered out a late check to wait for our new room but also had our new room ready long before check out and allowed us to check in early. We really appreciated this as we didn't want to wait from 11am-3pm to our new room. The front desk also assisted us with getting a tour. The tour picks up at the hotel and takes you to attractions in the falls. It was WONDERFUL, George our guide was Magnificent and very knowledgeable about the area.

Located just 5 minutes’ walk from Niagara Falls, this hotel offers a microwave and a fridge in each guest room. Free Wi-Fi is included. They were allowed to leave the car in the parking lot before check-in and check-in. Convenient location. But it would not hurt to strengthen the work of air conditioners.

I absolutely loved the view of the falls from my room, especially during light show. Everything was exactly like in the photos. Definitely I will stay here again on my return.
