The energy of the owners, their charisma and openness to the guests. The Villa itself is amazing! Many things to enjoy without going out.. hot tub (even in the room), pool, winery views, fire pit, books to read, wine to choose from (for extra charge but that idea of the availability is just great!), Blankets for the fire pit at night, bath robes.... Everything was just amazing! The welcome cocktail, our names on the doors... It gives a warm touch of welcoming! Best: Joseé was able to accommodate our keto friendly lifestyle! She went the extra mile to cook keto breakfasts for us! Amazing!

Clare and Kelly were the sweetest hosts and super accommodating when it came to all our more specific needs. They cooked up amazing plant-based breakfasts for us, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable in terms of COVID safety and just generally made us feel right at home. They know so much about the area and made our stay in Kelowna really special. The suite we stayed in was so spacious, so clean and so beautiful, and the property itself is gorgeous. The breakfasts are in a league of their own and we really enjoyed every moment of this stay!
