Beautiful hardwood floors and extremely clean with fresh paint and decor. Excellent breakfast, hospitable/helpful owner and staff and the restaurant that goes with the hostel has really great food. Location also can’t be beat.

Situated in the peaceful Pelourinho neighborhood, Laranjeiras is a recently reformed hostel with free Wi-Fi, cheerful yellow exteriors and ornamental patios. This is one of the best hostels I've ever experienced. The staff were sublime!! They created a cozy atmosphere and you could feel they enjoyed being here. Everything was clean and recommend buying the breakfast, where they serve at least 4 different fruits. The location is even 50 meters from a supermarket and the kitchen in the Hostel has what you need to cook your own dinner.
