The customer service was truly exceptional. We had an issue with the room, and they immediately took care of the situation. They offered us an upgrade on the spot and gave us complementary breakfast. S Hotel Bahrain is a new design 4 Star property, offering a contemporary choice of rooms, varying from Deluxe to Family Suites. The hotel is located in Seef, 400 meters from City Centre Mall. From the moment I arrived at Immigration, everyone in Bahrain were friendly. The hotel is a short walk from a large shopping mall where I enjoyed dinner most nights. There is a bus stop near the hotel and I used the bus to visit the area. Breakfast was excellent. I used the pool and gym. The room was large and I enjoyed opening the drapes by pressing a button near the bed.

Just less than 1 km away from Bahrain Exhibition Centre and 5 minutes walking distance from Dana Mall, Ibis Seef is located in Manama. It offers a beach and free WIFI access. The location was great, and the staff was super helpful. The pricing was great and we really had a great time
