Свети Никола Каваците is located on the beach front. For every room the hotel has an umbrella with two sunbeds on the beach for free. Kavatsite Beach is one of the most beautiful Bulgarian beaches. You can’t beat the location of hotel Sv Nikola! It is right on the Kavatsi beach and next to all the restaurants and the pubs along it. The restaurant that is a part of the complex serves great food, always fresh and tasty. The people that work in the hotel and in the restaurant are great! I would like to express my gratitude for the way they treated us and every guest there for that matter. Sv. Nikola is an excellent place to relax and have great time! Highly recommended! ❤️

Olive Villas - Free beach access & Free parking asub Sozopolis, mõne sammu kaugusel Kavatsi rannast. Kohapeal on hooajaline välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, spordikeskus ja aed. Everything was amazing - the food, the room, the staff. The beach doesn’t have sun beds but they plan to add it next year which wasn’t a problem for us. The water and the beach are clean. There is a free parking. The menu is different every night. The balcony was amazing and specious with great view. The swimming pool is not very big but the water is warm. And the hotel is 3km away from the city but it is really close to big and famous beach bars. Overall we really enjoyed it!

Very nice owner, accomodation just great, everything so clean and nice, we felt like home, we didnt miss absolutely anything, fully equipped with beautiful view to pool.

Great place on a good location and very attentive hosts. The room was clean and it had everything needed. The TV and Wi-Fi were spot on. The communication with the hosts was easy and pleasant. There are a lot of places around this area that are hosted by scamers - I’m glad to say that this is not one of them.

Very nice and modern apartment. Super close to the beach and the town of Sozopol. Walking distance to most of the beach bars too. The host was very polite and friendly. Definitely 10/10
