The hotel decorations, interior design and all the carefully matched little details up to the toiletries (again my OCD kicking in 😅) but more importantly the entire staff's attitude, patience and eagerness to assist with your every demand and to resolve unexpected issues for you. They even got me out of hot waters with my own transport arrangement mishap and so I was able to make it to my flight back just in time, so a BIG THANK YOU 🙏🙏🙏 to them. And of course the reception candies 😍 I can imagine how much more will this hotel improve your trip experience if it would be planned a little more in advance and for longer stays.

Martin’s Brussels EU hotel features leisure facilities, a garden terrace and sound-proofed rooms only 500 metres from Schuman Metro Station. property was in a good location next to European Commission. room was good and spacious bed was very comfortable

First of all, pictures in this hotel DO match reality, maybe looks even better in real life. I must say I was very intrigued by the 1-star rating i saw here and on tripadvisor also, but the host clarified that there is no elevator, nor facilities for disabled, nor breakfast service inclhded. I would personally rate it 5/5 stars based on my needs. Vvery clean, spaciuos and intimate room, tall ceiling, very functional, many sorts of toiletries - things that one can find in a home. Very quiet, placed in a nice area in Brussels. Bus station for city center is right next to the building. Since there is no breakfast, the room has a mini fridge + plates, cutlery, microwave, coffe machine... superior double room has balcony also + a separate dressing, all white. Staircase might be bit tight but at the same time it gives you the feeling of a cozy house. Friendly host. Everyrhing was perfect and if I return to Brussels I will definitely chose hotel satellite again, as it made my way around Brussels and sorrundings easy and smooth.
