28 Hotel is located 7 minutes from Central Train Station. This property offers free WiFi, room service and an on-site fitness centre. When my 18 year old got stranded in Sydney, with their also 18 year old friend, due to a mix up with have inadequate ID at a YHA, this property were kind and understanding in providing a room for them to stay in after a concert. I called and spoke to reception before booking and experienced care and concern for the situation. They allowed my 18 year old, who has ID, to check in with their friend, who doesn’t have any. Both young people were received by friendly staff who checked them in without issue. Their stay was pleasant and uneventful. Thank you form this very relieved mum.

I like how the staff were very nice and accommodating during our entire stay in the hotel.They made us feel very comfortable.They helped us carry all our luggage going to our room and brought it in the lobby during our last day in the hotel.They even accommodate our needs such as sending a universal charger adaptor and microwave in the room. They were very helpful in pre booking a maxi taxi for us going to the airport.I like how the cleaner cleans the room everyday.They clean it so well. Whenever I asked for a room clean ,they will clean it asap.What a great service and a very welcoming staff.

Refurbished in 2021, Mercure Sydney offers contemporary, spacious and light-filled rooms with renovated bathrooms, bedside USB ports, rain showers and a dedicated work space. Staff were exceptional,kind, respectful, willing to assist and very professional. Special mention to Roja, who greeted us every morning at breakfast and was very positive making sure we had everything we needed.

Stayed on the high floor with a view over Sydney. The room was decent and bed comfortable. The lighting in the room well thought of. Staff were lovely, truly welcoming and helpful with every question we had.
