Este hotel de 5 estrellas, situado en el distrito financiero de Melbourne y rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes, ofrece suites amplias con TV LCD, balcón y vistas panorámicas al río Yarra. Phenomenal hotel -- exceeded expectations! Upon arrival, we got a free upgrade to a superior one-room suite. It was huge, especially for center city Melbourne! (I've stayed in several hotels in Melbourne's CBD, and this room was by far the biggest and nicest.) Beds are super comfy. Rooms are very quiet. Our room had a full kitchen, in-room laundry (very convenient!), living room, large balcony (complete with a table for dining and sufficiently big for a morning workout), large bedroom with a comfy bed, and large bathroom. Staff were really accommodating (willing to let us store our stuff for multiple days while we were hiking). Included breakfast was very nice and efficient, complete with a DIY avo smash bar. Didn't have time to visit the gym (or the sauna / spa) since it didn't open until 6:30 am and we need to leave early, but I expect it's nice given how nice the rest of the hotel is! The location couldn't be better either. SMACK in the center of the whole city. Highly accessible to all major sites, lots of public transportation, etc. Would definitely recommend to stay here. It's going to be my future #1 choice for my return trips to the city!

This hotel should be used as a model against which all others should be measured: exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who met every request with a good-natured smile and followed through on everything. Breakfasts were delicious, several varieties of chilled fresh fruit and freshly baked croissants, perfect scrambled eggs, smoked bacon....etc. You will enjoy your stay here. Trust me, it is a rare find.
