Very comfortable hotel with a perfect location steps from the best restaurants and shops of Palermo. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a nice little balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Great breakfast. Complimentary welcome glass of wine is a nice touch. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which is a great place to relax despite being a small and quite warm in the height of summer. I wish I would have stayed longer to be able to use the bicycles. Staff were also extremely helpful and friendly.

Very clean, welcoming and above all, excellent staff. They went out of their way to help and offer suggestions! A fantastic place to stay- highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

Located in the centre of Palermo Hollywood, Fierro Hotel Boutique offers modern and spacious rooms with free WiFi access, an iPod docking station, a coffee machine and a smart TV. The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful regarding touristic attractions, great eating places, hiring taxis, exchanging money, and eating regional food and desserts. Federico and Hernan were very helpful whenever we had a query about local information. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us.

The breakfast was great but the best thing of all about this hotel are the staff. All of them were extremely helpful and friendly. The two girls on the day desk - Sofia and Tatianna were excellent and went out of their way to help us. That was so appreciated! The location of the hotel is superb very close to Plaza Serrano and many very good restaurants.

Without nothing what to expect from the city and the hotel, I enjoyed the city and the hotel a lot. Could improve somethings, but the feeling of Buenos Aires mixed with the hotel natural approach.
