Very comfortable hotel with a perfect location steps from the best restaurants and shops of Palermo. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a nice little balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Great breakfast. Complimentary welcome glass of wine is a nice touch. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which is a great place to relax despite being a small and quite warm in the height of summer. I wish I would have stayed longer to be able to use the bicycles. Staff were also extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff at Shoshana have gone above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as humanly possible. I asked them for gluten- and lactosefree options, and they were incredible in providing me with everything I could possibly think of, ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, they were very attentive, helpful in advising us on the best places to go and how to get there, and offering us water, coffee, juice, and food whenever we came back to the hotel.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful regarding touristic attractions, great eating places, hiring taxis, exchanging money, and eating regional food and desserts. Federico and Hernan were very helpful whenever we had a query about local information. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us.

Centrally located in Buenos Aires, Hotel Clasico offers comfortable rooms with free WiFi access. The hotel is 600 metres from Plaza Serrano Square. I liked the vibe of the hotel, artistic and antique. The rooms were nice and clean and we both really liked the breakfast. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of useful tips! The location was really nice. There are lots of bars and restaurants around. You need to walk a bit for the subway or train or hop on hop off bus, but we love walking. A taxi or uber is an easy option as well and if you have a blue card then you can take the bus around the corner. Tip: go to the fish restaurant across the hotel.

The room was nice, it felt very modern and had a balcony too, which was a first for me. The bathroom had also very modern equipment. The location is pretty central, so it's very convenient as a tourist to visit the main touristic places. The room also came with an international plug adapter since Argentina has a different plug type.

Juan is by far my favorite. He gave me recommendations on where to go, printed out a list of secondary places to go while in La Boca and San Telmo. He was a great help. I didn't get her name, but the young blonde lady, was very friendly every evening and even printed my Colonia Experess ferry confirmation. The lady with shorter hair helped me open the safe when I too stupid to figure it out. The balcony was beautiful to relax after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and proved and great nights sleep. The neighborhood is beautiful and eclectic, with many nice restaurants, bars ,etc...The jacuzzi and gym area are very nice as well.
