Very nice hotel, both architecturally and environmentally (magnificent golf course and paradisiac gardens). Although located quite far from Dubai downtown, but easily accessible thanks to the free shuttles, it is full of such a multitude of activities (water sports, golf, beach, restaurants, bars, horse riding,…) that time flies too fast. A huge thanks to all the staff who are eminently helpful, dedicated and respectful of each of their customers ! A very special “thank you” to : - Reception team : remarkably professional and welcoming. They do not hesitate to go out of their way to satisfy the slightest need or fix a possible problem. Thank you so much SARAH 🌹🌺 - Concierge team : a first class service that assists you without you even having to ask. Congratulations and thank you for the realization of folding towels 🤩. - Restaurants : wonderful team ! the chefs prepare quality delightful food and hostesses and waiters are very helpful. We had a room directly in front of the pool, ground floor, and we enjoyed every moment. Amina from splash pool bar is the best drink mixer / bar tender that I ever met. She ist very friendly and highly professional. We enjoyed also playing golf and doing sports Overall it was wonderful!
