The night person was so nice & accommodating. He was very professional & kind considering the late hour of my check in. The room was very clean. I was very thankful for the room & kindness because of the storms & flash flooding in the area that forced me to get a room for the night. The morning view from my room was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious & had many options.

Hyatt Place is right across from MLK PLAZA and there is a lovely memorial there on the principles of non violence. There is also sculpture and a walkway marking historical timeline of the movement. Beautifully done. This town is very quaint and I definitely will return to see more of the art scene.

It was filthy in areas. Rugs were disgustingly dirty.

It was filthy in areas. Rugs were disgustingly dirty. Bathroom was an electrical hazard. Breakfast was tasteless and stale. Same food daily. Pastries like hockey pucs and pancakes hard like discus thrown in cross country sports or olympics. Pool indoor super disappointing and cold. Hot tub was cold tub less then your body temperature. Door did not latch when closed and man opened stating wrong room. Very unsafe. I will never book a room there again or any Ramada any where.

The hotel was run down and dirty we chose to check out and leave early not to stay the second night. The check in staff was rude and couldn't even find my reservation. We are up there a lot as our son goes to Penn State and I would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

Bad all around - staff need training in customer service. Could not find my reservation, even after providing confirmation - hotel stated date was wrong on their end and changed my room and charged me more $$. Needs cleaner bathroom and provide appropriate bedding. Restaurant service lacking, along with food quality, overpiced.

    The staff is great.

The staff is great. The rooms are comfortable, The bathrooms are spacious. Thanks for allowing me to travel with my dog. The onsite restaurant is great. We took advantage of the nice free breakfast and also had dinner there both evenings. It was tasty, and arrived at the table hot. Drinks were refilled without asking! Waitstaff is exceptional.

This place is a gem! Located right near campus, it's clearly designed for families visiting the University. The rooms are spacious with places to sit and work. The amount of common area in the lobby is spectacular--a dining table that seats 12, a separate room with lounge chairs and gaming tables. There is a spacious breakfast room with snacks and beverages for sale. The front desk staff were personable and engaged. I'm proud that my dog is now displayed on the photo collection!

The hotel is very well located near downtown with a few amenities nearby, easy to find. The room and bathroom were clean. The price is right, I guess you get what you pay for: a bed to sleep. Not a luxurious one, but comfortable and clean. Nothing to brag about as the place is old: 70s look.... just a new flooring, without changing anything in the room + updated bathroom would make a difference in my opinion.
