The walls between rooms are very thin and you could hear the people next door. There was lots of noise in the hallway and near the elevator. We could also hear a lot of street noise.

This is not a hotel you would call luxurious but it is good for the
Price. I am slightly handicapped so the bathroom was tough for me. The tub is a bit slippery and that made it hard to get in and out of. The door opened right in to the toilet, so not enough room. The toilet is not chair height, again hard for elderly to get up and down. The window treatment is difficult to operate so I had 5 street lights glaring at me all night until my husband figured out the way it operated. The breakfast was great and the employees were very nice.

Bel Aire was great.
Bel Aire was great. It is easy to navigate for a stranger in town. They have the tourist area, but they also have the grocery stores, gas stations and banks so you can take care of any needs while you are there. It is handy to I95, We were there for a wedding and it was a perfect spot for that. I would also recommend it to people just traveling up and down I95.

NO HOUSEKEEPING...got ridiculous excuses from a night manager when we came in on our second night at 11pm. I went to the lobby with our garbage and had to ask for towels just to get through the night. Upon checking in, my husband & I had to share 3 towels. Ridiculous. There were several other suite-type hotels within walking distance to choose from.
Location was convenient but there also several other options.
I liked the availability of charging sockets
Room was very dark but there are several lights and a nice blinds which worked well.
Breakfast was basic but good; however I had to keep asking for items that were depleted.
More fresh fruit like oranges and apples should be offered. The dining area was clean.
Free parking
Nice desk in room
Fairly soundproof
I was told by front desk supervisor since things were not working in the hotel. Such as laundry facilities, phones in room, fire alarms being pranked pulled 300am in the morning, worst of all I experienced rodent issues in my room. I would given some type of discount on my stay due to inconvenience. That never happened and no response from hotel once I checked out. So needless to say I will never stay there again.
The room was infested with ANTS - I woke up with ants crawling on me, they were on the table and IN THE REFRIDGERATOR! I still itch when I think about it; we stay in low cost hotels like Super 8 and Quality Inn all over and this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE ever! There were stains on the side of the sheets, rips, the handle on the bureau was broken and the cable didn't work. UGH!
It's a bungalow in the middle of nature, where you can watch the deer pass by right outside your window. At the same time, it's close to all the shops and restaurants of Bel Air.
Bedding, space, very comfortable. And Tracey is very friendly and accommodating.
A place to get away from it all. We recommend
Great location with many close food options and stores. the hotel lobby itself was clean but smells sorta like pool water. not a big deal i'm just sensitive to that stuff. the room was just fine. super comfy bed, i struggle to sleep at hotels but passed out quickly on this bed. shower was nice as well.
The property was clean and looked new. Didn’t notice any bad smells or any indications that made me think there may be underlying property issues. The host at the desk was extremely friendly and was more than happy to help me with any questions I had. Our room was clean and had up to date decor.
Hotel was so-so. It was a box with a bed, television and a shower. Nothing left me going "WOW! I have to stay there again. The 'grab and go' breakfast is a nice touch, but the sandwich required a microwave to eat it. C'mon guys, step up your game.
Location is right off highway with a bunch of other hotels; it is set in back of another hotel. Breakfast was avaliable but did not partake. Never really saw staff unless it was check-in/out.
Went for a lacrosse tournament and the hotel was 6 minutes from the fields. My room was great for my daughter and I. It was clean, pretty, and the hotel was easy to get around in.
