The proximity to the National Park was perfect. We loved the villages of Belmont and Sortelha, both gems. The hotel is uninspiring to look at , but has good public spaces. We had two evening meals which were lovely , not flash but nicely cooked food.

Great location in a beautiful city. Staff were wonderful and really eager to help with anything required. Sport kitchen is a great idea. Would be useful to offer some cutlery though.
