The staff was exceptionally polite and went out of their way to help and make me feel comfortable from the get go. Diwaker, the senior manager was superb at handling all my requests, from transfers to coordination, always with a smile! I would definitely recommend his lovely assistance. The chef Ajit, made me amazing breakfast before my dives at 6 am and Mr. Kamal was always the first to welcome me every morning and dropped me to my boat, Kamal was extremely polite, always smiling and eager to help. The staff is the best thing about Ari Grand.

The overall experience was great for our family. The hotel is in middle of the island right next to the jetty. The room was spaious and facilities were good enough. The hotel also provided bonuses as snorkeling equipment, etc.

We really enjoy our stay here as the room is spacious and clean. They do room service on a daily basis. What is the most is the manager Areef is there always to take care of us and to make sure we enjoy the most of our holiday. He took us on the excursions to see the Manta Ray, whale sharks and turtles 🐢. An amazing experience!!!

My favorite guest house in the Maldives so far. Really great people. The island so far had been the one with the friendliest locals. The guesthouse is very clean and the hosts do everything to ensure you are happy and comfortable. Any problems are resolved immediately.
There’s a beautiful little garden where you have breakfast. The breakfast are varied and tea and coffee is available all day.
I’m very glad I chose to stay here and would happily do so again.
Shamin is very responsive to questions regarding booking transfer excursions etc.
the location is ideal. Just a few mins to in the bikini beach in one direction and to the restaurants in the other.

This place is amazing. We spent a week there and felt like royalty. we had a great relaxing time. The villa was beautiful, enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi after our fun filled days. The food was delicious. The chefs (Chef Nihal and Kumarisi) were amazing especially to my daughter who has food allergies. The minute she comes to the restaurant, they come asking her for what food she was in the mood for and they would make her meals. The servers were so nice, so sweet, after couple days, Ashfaq knew how I like my coffee. Everyone is so polite no exception from the managers to the staff, this place wouldn’t be the way it is without them. I enjoyed water aerobics with Nishan, wish it was an hour long :) every day, there was a different activity, we didn’t get bored at all. We also partook in several water sport activities, including jet skiing, sunset dolphin watching, and the sunset boat ride. The water sports employees were very kind as well. I would highly recommend.
A once-in-a-lifetime experience awaits you at Lily Beach Resort & Spa, where luxury and bliss entwine together under the vibrant colors of the setting sun.

Beautiful room with a nice view, wonderful food, very kind staff, good drinks... it was really a dream! We did diving with a school which is directly on the Lilly Beach island & I highly recommend them!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Banyan Villa on Dhangethi Island in the Maldives, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. Our trip started off a bit rocky as we arrived late to Male and missed the boat transfer to the island. However, we called Hussain the manager and he immediately sent us a representative who not only booked us a stay in Male, but also arranged the transfer for the next day and even took care of all expenses. This level of exceptional customer service set the tone for the rest of our trip.
Dhangethi Island is a hidden gem in the Maldives. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful view of the crystal clear waters surrounding the island. The villa itself was immaculately kept and well-appointed, with all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was lovely, with a blend of traditional Maldivian elements and modern comforts, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location is at walking distance from everything.
What truly sets Banyan Villa apart is the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. They were more than happy to assist with arranging activities such as snorkeling, fishing, and island-hopping. The cuisine was delicious and the service was impeccable.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Banyan Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape in the Maldives. The level of customer service and attention to detail we received was truly exceptional.

On average, it costs £67 per night to book a 3-star hotel in Dhangethi for tonight. You'll pay around £646 if you choose to stay in a 4-star hotel tonight, while a 5-star hotel in Dhangethi will cost around £1,129, on average (based on Booking.com prices).
Great for diving but not so great for snorkeling. The reef is very far out and at times the current was very strong. Prices for trips to see the whale sharks were quite expensive at 75 USD. And there were tons of other boats at the same spots - very zoo-like.
Bikini beach, the only beach you can swim at in only your bathing suit is fairly shallow and windy. The better beach beside it requires you to be clothed.
However, the local people are super nice and helpful.

Firstly to clarify the resort is located in Theluveligaa, not Dhangethi. Theluveligaa is a small island, I was a solo traveller (mid 30s female) the water villa is amazing and the outside space is spacious with a lot of seating options. I hardly spent time on the beach. The resort itself is very quiet even when full. There are no motorised sports however you can kayak, snorkel and dive (you can get your licence there) and do other trips: Whale Sharks, Mantas, Turtles. The food options are good, drinks are expensive a juice will set you back $18 staff are friendly, especially the dive instructors (Julia & Ebu) and receptionist (Maria) I would definitely recommend this resort and felt safe on my own.

Quiet, lovely colourful houses, quite small but surrounded by other islands. Head for the jetty especially at sunset. Two recommended cafes/ restaurants: Compass with its verandah dining tables where you can watch rays and baby nurse sharks being fed at dusk - the maitre d’ - Sampath was charming and obliging and the food was amazing. Try also the Blue Moon Cafe with the equally charming Anup as maitre d’. Not much coral as the island is surrounded by sea grass

A beautiful location. with some good snorkeling, which is provided by "Mother Nature" not the resort.
In all other respects the resort is poor to terrible.
We paid £10,500 for 10 days A.I.P; party of 4 in two poorly maintained Jacuzzi water villas. (Not a Jacuzzi- brand name - a Sovereign Spa Hot tub.)
Some services offered simply don't work, and management are fully aware of this but continue to advertise.
Guests are treated with disdain and rudeness by client relations team/management who are not visible.
Included trips - Sunset Punch / Dhangethi are an excuse to try and take some more cash from their guests.
They offer only excuses...."we are on an island so it is difficult to.....(insert complaint here)"
"All Inclusive MInus" is a better description of their package.
Got much better service, food, accommodation and customer care in Mauritius/Zanzibar/Thailand/Florida/Dubai/Turkey/Madeira/Cyprus/ Marakech etc etc.

The great place to just relax and do nothing.
The great place to just relax and do nothing. Its a small island so don't expect very busy night life. But the beach is great, local snorkeling and diving is great. Local people are great. So a must see location.
The hotel is exactly how you see in the pictures. Water vila is amazing, you can swim and snorkel right outside the vila. The house reef has an enormous variety of fish and small sharks.
The buffet is tasty with occasional sea food, fresh sashimi and tender cow meat.
I was here for 7 days on July and there was only one rainy day. The other days were sunny and warm.
On the night usually was very windy, and the vila structure shakes a bit. No problem with that, a few beers in the evening and you sleep like a rock.
Will definetly come back here!
Staying at the Atoll Residence was a delightful experience. The staff's friendliness made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The simplicity and tastiness of the food added to the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel's location, mere steps away from the beach, was absolutely stunning. Despite the lack of hot water in the shower, it didn't detract from my enjoyment, as the weather was so warm outside. The cleanliness and coziness of the room made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
Friendliest and most helpful hotel owner. He made sure nothing was lacking from us. Suberb facilities, free equipment for snorkling and a kitchen. Free washing machine. Free trip to sand bank snorkling. The owner even put together a complimentary video of us experiencing the nearby sand bank. The location was central and near the best restraurant on the island, The Bluemoon Café, were we also had the free breakfast. Thank you for everything! We will surely remember this vacation warmly forever.
WONDERFUL & AMAIZING Resort !!
with a very nice crew that’s serving us & treating us nicely “specially ms.Hajar, Mr.Juin or John, ms.Sri & the two bar tenders Emam & the Other guy” & All the rest of the hotel crew..

I’m so thankful For the hospitality,
wish to visit Amaya Kuda Rah resort again. 😊🌹
It was the most relaxing and hospitable stay I've ever had! Staff is super friendly and caring. Food was delicious and various, especially we loved the deserts!
Hotel is very silent, clean and peaceful. Good snorkeling area - lots of corals, fish, baby sharks, we even saw a slope!
Tried the massage – god, it was amazing!
Highly recommend this place for couples!
One minor comment is that there were not enough tubes and flippers for snorkeling, so we had to wait to get ours.
This hotel is amazing not just it's facilities but it's surroundings. The water is so clear you can see many type of fiches and sea animals as sharks, mantas, needle fish and so on. The people is lovely, and I want to say that thanks to the hospitality of Shamak from relationship staff, Adam from House keeping and Paulo from buffet everything was lovely.
The rooms are gorgeous! And all has amazing views. Food is unbelievable. Definitely my best hotel
It's a nice and quiet little hotel in the south near the bikini beach and my dive shop. The rooms were spacious, very clean and tidy👌They also provide beach towels! Wifi was very good and rooms had A/C and fan.
Special thanks to Chandana who is extremely friendly, picked me up from the harbour, kept my room spotless and provided a nice continental breakfast every morning perfectly on time before diving 🙏
Ahmed the owner was fantastic. He went out of his way to be helpful. Took two snorkeling trips and saw a giant manta rays and whale sharks. His hospitality was super excellent. He even invited us to have dinner at his home. I don’t think I could say enough good things about him and Dhangethi Inn. The island itself was so charming. I’ll never forget the experience.
The manager Osny and his team were very attentive to ensuring that our stay was pleasant. Banyan Villa is very quiet with its garden and food was very good. We enjoyed our holidays in the authentic village Dhangethi and our dives with South Ari dive were great. We’ve seen whale shark, eagle rays, manta ray, dolphins, etc. thanks to Shaaley, Dan and the while team
The location is great and the breakfast very tasty! Especially their local one! Staff is very friendly and available. We been in Maldives for 9months, visit different resorts and local island, and we can high recommend Dhangethi and of course la luna Boutique for your stay, is just a perfect combination of relax, peace and art.
Thanks one more time!
Very nice hotel in the centre of the island. Among advantages- clean rooms and public areas, quite good kitchen, spacious rooms. This is the only hotel with the swimming pool which is a salvation and entertainment for kids. Overall we had a lovely stay at the hotel and can recommend as the best choice for Dhangheti.
Hotel: Probably best accomodation at Dhangheti, very close do beach, breakfast ok, restaurant ok, clean room, breakfast at the private beach
Island: close to abandoned island Ranvelli, close to Digurah /20EUR ferry every day round ticket, have to go!/, very good restaurant Compas /super staff/
Brand new room, big bed (little hard for me), good bathroom and shower. Clean place and gently managed by Areef, an all-round man, who became our friend in Dhangethi, showing the island, cooking for us, and even taking us for an amazing boat trip with dolphins and whale shark!!
This was my 3rd time in vilamendhoo and not the last
We love everything
Friendly and professional staff
Hotel is clean, very good and diverse food

I loved the people of dhangethi , especially the hosts (I would prefer friends ) Shaameen , Hussain and shaameens friends bore who made me and my partners stay the best days of our life
Wonderful island with great beach
Rooms were very nice and the hosts were friendly and helpful
You could hear the nearby mosques from the hotel which was beautiful
