Spacious apartment, reasonably quipted kitchen, friendly owners, and my highlight West facing terrace for waching sunsets. The owners kindly shared with us one night a delicious home cooked meal, which was very tasty. Lots of space for drying kite gear.

Great place, hidden away at the ridge of a mountain with a fantastic view. Staff were really nice especially in the restaurant. We had a good time. Unfortunately it had rain for days before our visit so it was a bit muddy.

The suite in the JW Marriott Hotel was very spacious and clean. The balcony had a beautiful view overlooking tbe ocean, comfortable bench and chairs. Beautiful garden and pool. The food was not very good, and the room was very basic and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and with low quality sheets. Le Morne is a national park and an imposing background to several luxury hotels. We admired it from the beach only and did not attempt the climb. There is not much else to do in the area apart from relax at one of the hotels - unless you wind surf. We had a car and did not find much in the way of shops or restaurants. Every local maurician will tell you thay if you are looking at beauty and quiet area (the nigh life is not like filc en flac) le morne and the beachcomber resorts is one of the best choice on the island. No question asked, when we return we will go back at le Morne area and the south of the island, this is paradise

Even inviting us to spend New Years Eve with them for a BBQ and fireworks on the beach opposite. Although you'll need some form of transport (like most places in Mauritius) to get around, it is ideally placed for sites light Le Morne Mountain and Beach, as well as Chamarel Seven Coloured Earths and Waterfall.

Territory is massive, green and with the view of the mountain from everywhere. Because 2 hotels (Dinarobin and Paradise) share one territory it’s super big (golf courses look incredible). Also there are lots of restaurants to choose from (again because there are 2 hotels together). Really a perfect place (will come back for sure)
