The hotel was very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very good, each night there was a free welcome drink of choice. Location was nice and close to the Train station. The public bath was very soothing and quiet.

In middle of shopping and food area.
Other than stain on white curtain and distressed storage box under the sink, it is a luxury hotel.
I like the coin laundry and can even staff can change my bill and lady night staff went extra mile to call/check availability of the North dryer before directing me there - that is a real customer service!

The location! It is literally right in front of Kyoto Station. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Our room was cleaned everyday which is honestly a blessing after a long exhausting day of exploring. You also have an option to have an eco clean instead or choose not to have your room clean if you prefered. We booked the adjoining room for the 4 of us - couple with a toddler and a female adult, there was definitely enough space for all of us plus our 4 luggages. Happy to stay here again!
