I arrived few hours earlier than expected and was ready to pay for early checkin, but receptionist saw how tired I was and just let me go to my room as it wasn't occupied. Very rare generosity.
Free coffee and snacks corner in the lobby is just awesome. To those who complain about clogged sinks and stuff, I had similar issue, but from the moment I called reception it took them like half an hour to fix everything. I guess you guys would find good reason to complain even if you have free stay at Ritz Carlton. Just remember that there is always something that needs fixing, most important is how facilitaty management is handling such things. Next thing I need to mention is that the all ladies working in Benjamin are gorgeous and most competent and friendly. Receptionist Olga is a superstar! Thank you for making my stay smooth and comfortable!
