We loved everything about this place. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when our rooms flooded from torrential rain ( which Candidasa hadn't had anything like this). The made sure we had new dry rooms to stay in. Beds were comfortable. Food magnificent and location was perfect

Candidasa is a great place. We went to Vincent’s Restaurant for great food and warm live jazz. A must to go and please book for the live jazz. Also some very nice shops. Not a lot but interesting. Lots of restaurants.

There's not a whole lot to do in Candidasa unless you take one of the trips on offer. There's no beach to speak of so swimming in the ocean isn't possible. There's only one road and it's used by all the traffic travelling along the coast - which makes it very noisy and crossing the road can be an adventure. Lots of the restaurants focus on western cuisine - pasta and pizza feature prominently - but there are some that offer fabulous Balinese and Indonesian dishes. The best I found was called Bintang - fabulous local food and very reasonably priced in a very pleasant setting.

Wonderful starting base for exploring quiet beaches, waterfalls, forest. A visit to the oldest traditional village with traditional handicrafts was exceptional for me. Virgin Beach is one of the best beaches in Bali. Prices are much lower than in others tourist regions.

Candi Dasa is a beautiful place and I hope it doesn't change like other places in Bali. so many places to visit while there as well. If your looking for peace and quiet and to get away from it all this is the place. Please keep it this way.
The Property has a beautiful laid back feel to it. East Bali is much more laid back than West Bali- it is almost like a different country. The bar is especially beautiful with south facing lawn and terrace seating. Putu the bartender mixes good classic and innovative local cocktails. We ate breakfast every morning at the hotel with a good quantity of food and again special dishes like Balinese Bubur and a very good Herb egg white omelette. Finally a special mention of the staff who were efficient, helpful and pleasant to deal with.
The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to organize drivers/scooter rentals and ensure we had a great stay. The owner, Mangku, seems to know everyone in the village and had great connections and recommendations. The property was lovely with beautiful landscaping, a pool, and private cottages with Balinese design and spacious balcony. It was walking distance (~25-30mins) from Virgin Beach where you can get great food and relax. Also very central location for exploring cultural sites in the area.
We spent two nights here and felt like home the minute we arrived. By far the most kind-hearted team we met on Bali. The Hotel Manager even woke up before sunrise to make sure we were awake in time for our planned trip.
The whole location is super clean and well taken care off. Nala, the friendly dog living at Jepun Didulu was one of our highlights. She is the cutest! 10/10 experience ☺️ one of our favorite accomodations within 3 weeks of traveling Bali
The hotel is a small family run hotel and the owner Aldo, like his staff, is gracious and helpful. The hotel and setting are delightful, peaceful, palm fringed and right on the beach for easy access to swim or snorkel. The staff go out of their way to accommodate you, we felt like family. Gorgeous room with expansive views. An easy walk to the main road where you can find little shops and even a grocery store! We loved our stay at the Hotel Genggong.
A lovely traditional Bali style hotel set in nice gardens with a swimming pool & restaurant. Rooms were large, clean & comfortable with tea & coffee making facilities. Large bathroom with good shower & plenty of hot water. Pool was clean & refreshing. The included breakfast was very nice & you had a few options to choose from. Staff were friendly & helpful.
The staff are very sweet and they clearly care about this hotel. There are little touches like marigolds decorating the bathroom, a fan and beach towels, slippers, and the biggest bathroom and tub I've ever had in any hotel room ever. The grounds are beautiful and the free breakfast is nice. The place has curb appeal. It looks nice and bright and happy.
higher than my expectations, it’s an old building with tropical architecture and decorations. The staff is really nice. The room has very complete amenities (except bathroom) and also kitchen appliance. In addition, the hotel has a private access to the beach, you can enjoy Candidasa’s scenic sunset from there. What a perfect getaway.

the pool is amazing, it's just a pleasure spending time at the pool watching the ocean, the sunset, the bungalows are just beautiful, spacious, the nature everywhere in the resort is beautiful.
I stayed 2 months in Bali at 5 different hotel and Bali Santi was my favorite
Nice location, quiet area and easy access to facilities ( atm, shop, bali dance event, restaurant, spa).
The hosts were very friendly and the service were great. The villa was clean, the garden and pool were relaxing.
Good eggs and juice choices for breakfast.
Staff was friendly, room was large and comfortable (bathroom in particular with good shower and bath) and breakfast was really good with a lot of options and good portions. Also, it's a good location from which to explore the eastern part of Bali.
I have travelled the world and this is one of my favorite spots. I live in Bali and bring friends from around the world here. It is peaceful. The sea, the beach, the lovely lawn and trees with the family cow all make for a great paradise.
The pool is good, the breakfast is also typical hotel, but the waiter was very friendly and let us in for a very late breakfast. Even it was a closing time already, but he let us in and have our breakfast. Thanks
This hotel has that beautiful welcoming feeling of Bali! Its location overlooks some amazing coast line. Staff are some of the nicest people in Bali. Our room was clean and functional with an awesome outlook.
Magnificent hotel, even if you’re not going to dive. If you see it from the outside you can’t imagine how beautiful the bungalows are, the bathroom was something else and the staff was so kind.
The best view and next to the beach. Very convinience and happy for the kids to play on the beach.
It's comfort and modern villa, also near to restos within walking distance.
