Location and staff was excellent.
However having stayed here last year I don't think the cleanliness is the same.

I rated The Holiday Inn a perfect ten as my husband and myself were caught up in the technical chaos that ensued on august bank holiday Monday. Our flight was delayed for 18 hours. The reception staff were excellent and also the dining room staff were very efficient and polite. Thank you all for taking care of us. The room was spotless clean, perfect location, ten out of ten doesn’t quite cover our stay 😊

This is really related to Glasgow Airport as I have often flown from New York into Edinburgh, yet Paisley offers access far better than any I have used in and around Edinburgh. The Marriott Courtyard has UpToDate interiors, well appointed large rooms and is environmentally aware.
Paisley itself has as rich a history as any Scottish town of a similar size, although it is really a city, with a cathedral and one of the oldest observatories in Britain. Paisley isn't listed on many major tourist destinations. but it has easy access to the Clyde and Ayrshire coasts, Loch Lomond (35 to 40 minutes) and the Trossachs (45-50 minutes), are part of the gateway to the Western Isles.

Said good afternoon when ariving and never got a respons from the guy behind counter, rather ignorant, started reading from the script like a robot, handed me the key then stuck his head back in the computer.
Bar was a discrace, one person serving and a lon waiting, I should not have to que to pay someone money for extortionate prices.
Breakfast was crap, freezing cold.
Will not be entertaining again and will not recomend, to mant robots with their nose in the air ignoring everyone.

This hotel is just across the road and accessed mostly by a covered walkway from the airport terminal and is ideal for overnight stays before travelling abroad. it is very accessible by bus 500 from both Buchanan Bus Station and Glasgow City centre. ideal place to stay before travelling.
Super comfortable place to stay.
Plenty of space and office was helpful for working remotely.
Location was ideal with Aldi & Morrisons nearby along with a breakfast cafe opposite and pubs down the road. Paisley Canal train station not far away to get into Glasgow Central.
Host was super quick to respond to any questions we had; there was a leak from the upstairs apartment and the host was fast to seek getting it fixed with them and kept us up to date with what was going on.
Overall was a lovely spot!
Attended a party in the hotel so booked a room to avoid travel. The room was immaculate, basic, but honestly, I couldn't fault it. Didn't eat while here (other than complimentary biscuits in the room), but the restaurant was busy and looked lovely/good atmosphere. The staff was nice and friendly. The location suited me, 10 minutes taxi from Paisley Gilmore station, and a 25/30 minute walk back the following day.
absolutely disgusted booked this trip months ago and arrived in Paisley to have no entry at hotel and no answer from phone. when a friend in Scotland finally got through a man answered to say that our room had been ‘damaged’ and we couldn’t stay. no prior notification no email phone call nothing we had to contact them to find out .. left with no room to stay in and full money was taken from my account with no
Two great surprises here: you can walk on clearly signed paths directly to the airport in about ten minutes! And: the food is excellent! Airport hotels are not known for great food, but this place excels. As well, the staff are delightful. It’s also clean and nice modern design. Highly recommend staying here if you have an early flight out.
Excellent location for a gig in Paisley that night. Bar was still open when we got back, very happy! Half price cocktails... even happier! Breakfast in the morning (not included in the price) was excellent, eyes bigger than our bellies! Only window was in the bathroom so no morning light! Fantastic for me & comfortable bed & ok pillows.
The room was clean and well presented. The bed was comfy and the shower was very nice.
In terms of location, it's not what anyone would describe as scenic but it was very well placed for the purpose of our trip (visiting family in the area) and main roads to various other parts of Scotland are easily accessible from here.
The place was in a very convenient location. Walking distance to everything you need or want to see in Paisley. There is even a little supermarket, a tandoori kitchen, and a chip shop right across the street.
I highly recommend going to see the Paisley Abbey if staying here.q add
The hotel is a 3 minute walk tot he Glasgow airport so it is super convenient. They serve breakfast beginning at 6a so it's possible to eat a healthy, full breakfast before dashing off to the airport. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
We were impressed at how spotlessly clean we found the room when we entered it. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Glasgow airport, so we were able to turn in our rental car a day early. We would book this hotel again in the future.
Located at the town centre and having its own parking place, this is a perfect quiet spot for exploring Paisley. Every one here (owners, waitresses) was super friendly and helpful. Wish I had spent more time at the lobby in the evening.
I booked this for my mother and father they normally stay in the Glynhill Hotel they said that the Abbey and. it’s staff are nothing like royalty by staff and. couldn’t praise them enough thank you.
Location was excellent for public transport and really easy access to Paisley and Glasgow. Everything required for self-catering was to hand and the cleaning service provided was excellent.
Location, Paisley is a very walkable, beautiful historic town with lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel is only a ten minute walk to the train station and a 13 minute ride into Glasgow.
