The staff are incredibly welcoming and will go out of their way to help you. They speak English and French. We paid extra for breakfast, and it was well worth it - fresh eggs, cheeses, meats, and fresh-squeezed orange juice made daily. You definitely need a car because the location is quite rural. However, the property and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. It is definitely a bit rustic, but if you're looking for an authentic luxury French chateau experience, this is it.
