The room was very clean, with a small refrigerator and microwave. It was very close to the Australia Zoo (our destination while staying there) and the host was absolutely one of the nicest people we have ever met. We had trouble with our car battery, and she graciously went out of her way to help us, in many ways. We were able to order takeout with delivery, and the host provided many brochures of things to do, places to eat, etc. in the area. Also, she has a lending video library and books! Sure, it is a small motel and slightly older, but the host is working on upgrading EVERYTHING and we found absolutely nothing to complain about!

Breakfast was great- all that was needed. Couldn't have asked for a better, more serene, private, natural setting with magnificent views of mountains and landscape. Wildlife was a bonus.

David was the most accommodating host and his property is lovely.
From the moment we arrived we felt at home and a bonus was meeting the house pup Bentley.
The property is set amongst lovely views and is also furnished exceptionally.
The breakfast is an great highlight and David provided a culinary delight that we were not expecting and accommodated our diatery needs.
Shame we could only stay one night!

The accomodations were spacious and cozy and very clean. The beds were soft and comfy. There was plenty of lighting at night. The hosts were helpful and polite. And the location is amazing, I heard kookaburras at night and woke up to see them in the morning. For the price this beats staying in any hotel after a long day at the Zoo.

The main attraction in Beerwah is Australia Zoo but we actually skipped the zoo this time and opted out for a quieter and more peaceful trip. There are so many beautiful landscapes and walks to enjoy in the area and it's only a short drive to Maleny or Montville as well. If you are seeking a relaxing experience, I'd definitely recommend visiting those two little towns. We enjoyed the Thai Restaurant in Maleny and strolls through the streets of Montville followed by a hearty lunch at The Edge Restaurant. We also visited the Botanic Gardens & Bird Sanctuary in Maleny which was AMAZING!

Good location for Goasshouse Mountains bush walking.
Good location for Goasshouse Mountains bush walking.
Very old fit outs in the room. Mould in the shower, spider webs in bathroom, roughly painted walls with paint on the carpet, torn cover on the lounge, noisy ceiling fan.
On the plus side: clean sheets and towels. Way over priced for the run down condition of the whole venue.

The closest town to the wonderful and world famous Australia Zoo, Beerwah is a handy and friendly location to stay and enjoy the variety of experiences that the Glass House Mountains region offers! There’s so much on offer - from amusement parks and go karts, to tree top walks and REAL mountain climbing, it is an area for both young and old, families and couples, singles and groups. You could stay for years and not run out of things to do and see and there are a number of cafes, Art galleries and gift shops to explore daily and various markets on the weekends. We chose a farm stay at BLACK WATTLE FARM and will definitely going back! We enjoyed the quiet of the bush, farm fresh produce, white sand beaches, mountain coffee, Maleny Dairy and of course the iconic Australia Zoo.

Our delightful hosts, Sonia & Phil, were very welcoming and only too happy to accommodate us, despite the very short notice given. Their property is located in tranquil surrounds & they provided an extremely generous (& delicious!) full breakfast. We cannot recommend highly enough. 11/10!!

An unexpected sanctuary for our overnight stay in Beerwah. Phil & Sonia are genuinely warm & friendly hosts. Felt like we were meeting up with some old friends. The accomodation was extremely comfortable. Bed very comfy & well equipped bathroom. Huge delicious breakfast cooked on the bbq by Phil kept us going all day. Loved the outdoor pavilion & peaceful outlook onto the garden. It is certainly a retreat & perfect spot for a Beerwah stopover or longer stay in this gorgeous area
Beerwah house has gorgeous features and decorations. For example, a sun room (best thing ever!) and a little make up table on the ensuite 😊 The Android TV is great! And the kitchen is well equipped for home cooking (though food delivery also exists)
Location is both quiet and really practical, in walking distance to shops, train and the Australia zoo coach bus stop.
The hosts are so lovely! And you will never have stayed in a cleaner house!
We’ll definitely be back 👍🏻😊
Everything was amazing. Phil and Sonia were such amazing hosts and did a great job taking care of us and making us feel right at home. Happy hour was always great fun and the rooms and facilities were beyond what we've experienced in pretty much all other Hotels/BnB's. The breakfast's provided were incredible, large and tasted amazing. 100% would recommend staying here. We are definitely going to have to come back in the future.
The Beerwah Motor Lodge was the perfect place for us to stay! Our destination was the Australia Zoo, and it was VERY convenient to the zoo. The close proximity to the town of Beerwah and Landsborough meant we had plenty of convenient options for dining. It is NOT a high-end fancy hotel, but it is a very clean, very convenient motor lodge. For us, it was perfect!
It was in a great location from where my daughter was getting married (Australia Zoo), and the reception was at the Beerwah Hotel. Other family and friends stayed at the same place. There was plenty of areas for us all to sit, and an awesome bbq area. There was plenty of room and the beds were really comfortable
We’ll definitely be staying there again
Great location. We travel to beerwah often for family and this is in a great location for us. Just a short drive to family and shopping centre.
Yes it's a little old but the beds were fresh and the encounter I had with the owner was great. This Will be our new regular spot to stay. We've already booked again for august.
Beerwah Motor Lodge is our favorite place to stay when we are taking the kids to Australia Zoo. Only a couple minutes drive from the zoo. The staff are so kind and helpful. we’ve never heard anyone being noisy or rowdy and every interaction we’ve had with staff, other guests etc have been pleasant.
Coochin Cottage was a nice little self contained house on the outskirts of Beerwah. We stayed there for the weekend of our Daughter's Wedding as it was close by to Hideaway Weddings on Steve Irwin Way. The house was clean and spacious, and the loungeroom made for a cozy place to unwind.
The room was nice and clean and we were around the other side of the hotel and it felt like we had our own space and it was lovely. We woke up and had breakfast outside with the birds all around us, it was so relaxing and peaceful.
We all love the Beerwah house we would totally booked it again close to everything great place considing we went in December kids love it mainly the pool that was awesome
